SHIPPING:
Due to the impact of Covid19, delivery times may take longer than usual. We are currently only delivering within the United States, Canada, and Perú. For all other locations, please contact us. A member of our team will get back to you to discuss other options. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
No returns allowed on any art pieces. We only accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit that are covered by the carrier’s insurance or if the incorrect item was shipped to. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 15 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
If you need to exchange a clothing piece, please contact us within 15 days from your order date. The piece must be in new condition, unworn, and with original tags. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs. For all other questions, please contact us.
